Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. To begin a return, simply contact us at felorjewelry@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
